Jewim production base----Jewim (Shandong) Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. is located at Taian Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Taian City, Shandong Province with 80 million RMB as registered capital. There are over 360 employees of whom over 90% received higher education.
It has an aerosol production center that can produce 30 million tubes of medical aerosols in the middle of Chuangye Main Street, East Section, Taian Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone. It has two automatic medical aerosol production lines imported from Pamasol, Switzerland and two domestic production lines. It is the largest measured-dosage inhalation aerosols (MDI) enterprise, and is facilitated with the latest international advanced MDI production technology. The workshops or factories with complete quality-guarantee system that meets the requirements of US GMP, European Union GMP, PICS, and of other developed countries. In 2003, it was awarded the National GMP Certificate, GMP certified and passed the on-the-spot inspections by quite a few countries internationally. It has registered and marketed its products in over forty countries.
The manufacturing base has an area of 207 mu (about 14 hectares) at Peitianmen Main Street, South Section, Taian Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, with multi-functional chemical raw material synthesis workshops, herb extraction workshops, solid preparations (tablets, capsules, granules, powders, dry suspended preparations, and powder sprays or aerosol) workshops, liquid preparations (oral solutions, gargle solutions, sprays or aerosol, spraying inhalation solutions, gel preparations, nasal drops, enema preparations, lotions and liniment creams) workshops, semi-solid preparations (ointments, creams including hormones, and gels) workshops, injection preparations (large-capacity injections, small-capacity injections, freezing-dry powder injections) workshops, and other supplementary facilities including power, testing & experiment, animal raising, disposal treatment, dangerous goods warehouse, boiler, warehouse and other production facilities. All the workshops were designed and constructed according to the international GMP standard. The production capacity per year is 500 tons of herb processing, 5 billion tablets, 1 billion capsules, 400 tons of granules, 10 million tubes of oral solutions, 5 million creams & ointments, 2 million bottles of liquids for external use, 3 million bags of large-scale injections (anti-cancer), 10 million tubes of small-scale injections (including powder injections).
