Jewim (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Institute was established in 2000,and it is located on the seventh floor in Jewim Plaza. It has the state of the art medical experimental instruments & equipments and researching lab facilities, including chemical, herbal, biological, preparation, clinical experiment labs and departments. Supervised by Honorary Director Sun Yan, member of CAS (Chinese Academia of Sciences), it has established technology cooperations with scores of well-known institutes both home and abroad, including China's Medical Science Academy, Military Medical Science Academy, Resource Pharmaceutical Institute of Beijing Normal University, and so on, covering the areas in anti-cancer infusions, anti-cancer herbal preparations, inhalation, trans-nasal, trans-lung and microparticles drug delivery systems, chiral drug synthesis, pharmaceutical plant & herb resources development, etc.With a super-talented team plucked from top-notch medical universities and academies among the graduates and doctorates, Jewim (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Institute is changing the medical world and changing the way that the medical world is changing. It is devoted to patent innovations, and developing new technology and patent-driven developments. In 2007, Jewim (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Institute was awarded as the only "Patent-driven Trial Unit" of medical enterprises in Fengtai Scientific & Technology Zone, Zhongguancun Scientific & Technology Zone by State Intellectual Bureau.
Holding scores of patents of invention technology, the research center of Jewim (Shandong) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. can independently carry out lab research development, scale up, etc. whose priority research capacity is devoted to the development of aerosol, sprays, powder sprays, etc. The lab is equipped with the latest first-class instruments and equipments such as infra-red spectrometer photometer by US Nicolet, gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, ultra-violet spectrophotometer, testing and experiment equipments for general purposes, special laser particle size analyzer for aerosol research, artificial larynx nebulization distributors, Andersen's 8-scale microsome distributor, per-spraying homogeneity meter. It is one of the nation's best research, testing and experiment centers for medical aerosol.The center also housed raw material synthesis labs, synthesis pre-production workshops, which can make 1-liter, 5-liter, 50-liter, 500-liter pre-productions in high-pressure reactions, low temperature reaction, anhydrous reactions, and anoxic reactions.
